Hey all, I'm just wondering if anyone has had much success maybe using any type of piping to make there own air flow tubes that come out the top of the fuel tank, if not does anyone know the website where you can buy the cover thing that goes over the whole fuel tank to cover the holes, thanks in advance
Tyga performance sell the tank cover , ask @XCite Bikes for a price , he is an authorised reseller in Australia
Just beware blocking the tank off. The pipes are to cool the reguoator rectifier as they burn out soon easily
That's about the only one I have. Works well. I had to just use a self tapper into the intake tube on the front fairing, instead of the factory mount but it bolts in fine on the tank. It's just flexible intake hose. I got mine from Supercheap Auto (I work for them lol) but that stuff is discontinued so only some stores still have stock
yeah dont block the holes off unless you plan to move the regulator, it gets hot enough with the tubes.
