Put a carby kit through them.
There is an O ring around the inlet insert, thats the brass insert that is held in by that small screw, take the screw out & remove the insert & you'll see the o ring, The needle might be holding the fuel back when the float rises but that O ring will still let fuel in if it's not sealing & the carbs will flood or just run rich & you'll never get the tune right. It's likely thats whats happening, it's an old fault that occurs all too often & easily overlooked if your not aware. See if they are a loose fit, when new they are a neat force fit. I've had em where they just fell out but I've had em where they felt ok but they leaked. Does Lite Tek make a kit ? Highly recomended if they do, worth the wait.

    Sounds dry !
The video to me sounded like she wanted to start but no fuel, try dripping / tipping a small amount of fuel into each carb mouth & see if she fires

ok so i have fixed the oil pan rethreaded it! bought a plug from super cheap which was 5mm out from its actual size.. must be from china or something! anyway got a replacement! Its now shooting out white out of the exhaust! Im thinking lack of use or due to left over fuel that shot out of the exhaust.. I'm going to get leave the bike on turning over for a while and hope it will clear up! fingers crossed this will be my last problem!!

You should give it a proper ride instead of letting it idle to clear the oil. I noticed with my CBR that it will need a bit of an "Italian tune up" to flush out excess carbon and oil from the cylinders. Letting it idle did nothing, or made it worse. I had a similar problem when I mistakenly put the coils in the wrong cylinders (doh!). If it's still hard to start you should check the clearances too.
