    Anyone know ZXR250 swing arm pivot bolt size on both side?
    from part photo can see the nut is 16mm,but what about the shaft end, is it the same?

    M16 is the thread size. Bolts and nuts are not described by the size of the hex.

    The bolts head size is M22 confirmed by local mechanic.

    Anyway, I have an off topic question for you sir, since you are the owner of litetek. Is there a possibility that valve cover head gasket to be made from Viton by Litetek?

    Sorry, no plans to do that at the moment. It is a good idea but the mould cost would be horrendous.
