    its your headlights, just get a new r/r and it should be good to go.

    Shouldn't be the headlights. They won't come on till the engine is started. Try the r/r and see how you go

    C models will only turn the light on when the electrical system has enough current being carried through it.. its a battery saving feature so you don't sacrifice power on the light during start up... A model has a switch to turn the head light off and on...

    Which had been rewired to keep lights on at all times on most due to compliance rules

    i have checked mine out before and it looks like someone just soldered the **** out of the switch.

    Does it have a slot in the switch block where once a switch would have been?

    it looks like they literally just dripped solder all over the switch and it then dripped in every direction it could.

    What kind of voltage should I be getting between stators?
    Also, I'm pretty sure I'm not getting enough voltage to charge the battery, and I get ominous voltage spikes when the throttle is closed and engine is costing back to idle, so I'm pretty sure the regulator has had it... Where can I get another one? And should I bother getting anything better, or just throw another OEM one in?

    Hey guys just wondering do you have a wiring diagram for a ZX250C 1992? my regulator is fried and i need to wire up a new one?
