    Hi all,

Have recently purchased a 2002 ZZR250 that is in good nick except for engine damage. I have pulled it down and no 2 big end is stuffed. I have a manual on PDF but I am missing the page with the cylinder/piston specs. Can someone please advise me the limits so I can measure?
I am hoping to get away with new pistons and no rebore. Will post pics later.

    Thanks.

might be able to have number 2 big end metal sprayed and reground to standard.

    Thank you very much!
Yes have only got top end off so far, which looks surprisingly ok. It was ran without oil after a change apparently. A shame as the rest is very good and very little damage to standard fairings. I am doing it up for wife to ride at this stage. About to head off to work for a week to fix other peoples stuff so will update then.

    Cheers
