I thought the switch had to be sprayed on the other side for the contacts? Or is it just the mechanisms giving you grief?
sprayed down the key hole and tube was difficult at first then went all way down- am certain wil hit the contacts. fork tubes arrived from malaysia courtesy of omar at x cite bikes. they look good.
rear shocks for 750 arriving tmr. just been to friends place and got the electric starter working so now all is well.
FINALLY finished the PW80! And it runs! I wanted to sell it before Christmas, but it had gotten late. Now to work on one of the other 6 projects...
Got the engine back in my CBR drag bike. Just waiting on new kevlar clutch to arrive before start up.
Bought myself a cbr1100xx Blackbird last week , the previous owner was over it when the clutch failed so he bought another bike and called me As I have a “I buy bikes as in gumtree” I checked the clutch fluid and it was empty , I put some new fluid in it and it bled up nicely. All it needed was a rear Tyre , rear brake pads and fork seals, today we did all that and I think I she is ready for a Rwc.

I remember that bike, Phil took it in for rego after we fixed it up and there was a police action against it , turns out the old owner didn’t surrender the plates when she moved from new to qld , it rode beautifully. Speaking of zzr”S , I have a nice 2005 model I am wrecking
Someone once warned me about buying old wrecker stock: it's the stuff no one wanted and why they still have it. But some vinduro, vinmx, collectable and cafe racer interest has increased, so old stock might be worthwhile, again.
