I pulled apart my FZR fuel tap today and worked out why it's so tight to turn, and leak's in the off position..
Someone had fitted 2 o'ring's to it instead of 1
Now it turn's off in the off position

I fitted a new adjustable flash rate, Led flasher relay to my FZR today.
Tested it with my incandescant bulb's and i can adjust it so it's faster or slower, my indicator's were flashing a bit faster than i liked.
    There's a small philip's head screw underneath
Took 9 day's from china to arrive, $1.36 including postage

So I realised today that the CRF50 front tyre was flat. No idea why and upon removing the tube and put it in water, I have no idea how it is leaking unless it is a very, very slow leak. There is rust around the valve so I think that might be the culprit. Also, the valve wasn't lined up perfectly with the hole in the rim so maybe that had some to do with it. Nonetheless, I want to put road tyres on it soon as it mostly gets ridden on concrete and the knobby tyres wear out way too quickly.

Replaced all vaccuum hoses with new ones, got a load of spare conduit of a mate so i took all the scrappy old tape off the wiring loom re-taped and covered in conduit, also fitted some 30mm braided sleeve over the rad hoses. Carby clean day tomorrow, waiting on a new air filter and fuel hose to arrive 20161010_154919.jpg 20161010_152540.jpg

picked up a running MC19 tonight, had lined up a 2nd MC19 but the guys mum got involved said he couldn't sell it cheap because he paid too much for it and couldn't loose that much money , I tried to explain to her that it doesn't run so its not worth much... she couldn't see my logic.
