    Picked my bike up from the shop today. No more rattling cam chain, everything's nice, tight and responsive.

    Today: Rode Nix to and from work.

    Yesterday: Got an oversized suit for the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride from the Salvos.

    Fixed master brake cylinder on Scarlet and put hers on Eric.

    Fixed Scarlet's neutral light - the wire had come loose from the neutral switch.

    Replaced all Scarlet's instrument cluster bulbs and fuses and fitted the old ones in Bruiser's wiring harness.

    Put oil in the top end of Bruiser to see if his piston will free up over the next week or so.

    Pulled apart the spare brake cylinder ready to recondition.

    Had to make good use of the last day of my holidays! :crazypilot:

    last night i had a very elaborate dream where i fitted a M90 harrop twin screw supercharger to my zxr25o with a demon 4-barrel carb on top..... when i woke up i decided that's not too far from a realistic idea lol. :crazypilot:

    Pulled the main fairings off the red Hyo to do an oil change .... sadly its not EFI ...... it has a pair :idk:

    This Is a good thing as far as I have read :) the efi ones are a mess of faulty sensors and what not.

    got the blue slip then transferred the bike into my name and got the rear wheel repaired now off to go ride... somewhere... for some reason... i will decide both on the to get there..

    Have been working my new bike for the past week or so. Sorry, didn't take photos of the process, nothing major to share anyway. But I have great expectations for this project.

    The bike is an MC22, 1992, and is mechanically sound. Actually, I never had an MC22 so responsive like this one (had more than 20 in the past 10 years). The engine has good compression, no flat spot, and have to be careful not to pop a wheelie when taking off. It does have standard size sprockets, so it is really the engine that is that good.

    Previous owner dropped the bike, got it serviced, but never fixed the cosmetic damages. I'm happy I didn't have to do anything on the engine (new oil, plugs, tyres, etc). Right now, working on flushing the brakes and replacing the pads. Taking the opportunity to clean and spray what needs a facelift.

    Last week, I took the front apart and yesterday, gave her a good bath to get rid of years of accumulated dirt.

    The white wheels were grey... The previous owner was very honest in saying she was incredibly lazy. You can tell she was telling the truth by the condition of the bike.

    A few hours of much scrubbing and degreasing, the rotors looks new and the wheel white again:

    Now, waiting for the new head bearings to arrive. :)

    fitted a cowl to my across seat to make it single seater for rego.
