Huge day in the shed, managed to get the all the electrical connections sorted on the Aprilia, you have to commend the Italians - see below, I had my 13 year old daughter helping, I would call out the wire colours, she would then convert it to Italian speak, find out what it was against the wiring diagram and I would plug them in.
Still waiting for forks to come back so booked bike in for micks tyre and dyno day next sat 44 bucks get to see how it runs and if it needs a tune also me and old man booked accom and flights to tt next year so count down on
What time are you booked for? I may come for a run up and throw the 750 on to see how many horses it's lost over the years!
I'm booked at 10 think I'm the first so gonna hang round and see what else goes up should mate and if it needs to tune they knock the 44 off the price mick reckons if mine not quite right max 200 for tune and another dyno run which is reasonable I think

Need some advise. I removed my tacho yesterday to replace a blown globe, whilst the tacho was out thought I might try and remove the inner mechanism so that I could clean the glass. Mission impossible, just can't get anything to move internally?? What am I missing.
I'll do that tomorrow, had the cover off but am unable to get any movement within. Seems as if it glued somehow?
