remove all of the plugs, put them in their plug caps and place them somewhere on the cylinder head, engine block or frame to get a good good ground, put some cloth over the plug holes to prevent air fuel mixture coming out and getting ignited then turn it over to check for spark

those plugs look wet which means there's either no spark or low compression.

If the plugs are 15K old then the valve clearances may be too tight

Is your battery at full charge, eg 12.6v or more ?
Are the exhaust pipe's getting warm when your turning it over ?

What voltage is your battery at now ?
Keep the multimeter connected while you are cranking it over and see what the minimum voltage it drop's to as it's cranking

its at roughly 12.5. i have a analogue multimetre, a relic, scavanged from dads old shed

connected it and cranked it.. it briefly dipped maybe 1 Volt while cranking and then returned straight away

An anologue multimeter is generally more accurate than a digital one, they can pick up smaller variance's, and show it on the needle as a flicker where a digital meter wont

The battery should really be over 12.6v, after a decent charge it should be up around 13v.
Have you checked the spark when cranking it using one of the old spark plug's, just unplug the lead off one of the new plug's that you just fitted plug the old one in and earth it to the head or rocker cover
You might need to try a couple of old plug's to get a good spark, see if it give's a blue spark or a yellow.
If it's yellow there might be a corroded connection somewhere, possibly between the ignition coil and its' mount or mount to the frame etc, or a weak connection from the coil lead to the spark plug cap.

Even the spark plug cap's can fail, i have had to replace some on different bike's due to them being out of spec, don't think any of them had done 80,ooo km's either
They get corrosion in them too, inside each cap there is the screw in terminal that clip's onto the top of the spark plug, a spring, then there's a resistor

The spark plug cap's usually have about 5K (5000) Ohm's resistance through each one, some bike's have more resistance (10k) and some cap's have none at all.
The spark plug cap's may be marked 5K on them somewhere.
To check the spark plug cap's unscrew the spark plug cap from your coil lead and check it with your meter, set the meter to 20K ( 20,000) Ohm's and put a lead from the meter into each end of the spark plug cap
Any reading higher than than 5K and i'd be questioning it, a new NGK spark plug cap cost between $5 and $10, most bike shop's sell them

And trimming back your spark plug lead's 5mm or so can help give the cap some fresh copper wire for the new spark plug cap to screw into

Spark look's alright, all 4 lead's are firing like that ?
must be fuel or compression then
