Won't know until I get it in my little hands apparently still waiting for it to come in, as soon as I get it I'll measure it up.

Sorry, don't believe it. Two of the sprockets in the picture are for a completely different shaft.

Okay thanks to Stu and HiveFleetAbyss we can add to our list of known facts.
Well so far we can concur that:
1/ The later models have a thicker sprocket.
2/ The spline dimensions of the sprocket in question are known and very common across multiple brands and models.
3/ A standard 3LN3 sprocket has been measured at 9.56mm thick including the shoulder.
4/ Fitting a 520 conversion may be a solution - chain will weigh a bit more but greater longevity of sprockets and chain
5/ A 520 conversion sprocket that was supplied for a Zeal is 9.14mm thick.

So here is a new pic of what seems to be needed except the sprocket in the pic only has 16 teeth.

Assuming that the shoulder of the front sprocket is fitted to the inside then an interesting and important issue here is that unless the 520 conversion is designed for this fitment (extremely unlikely) then fitting a 520 conversion might misalign the sprockets. For the simple reason that the inside face of the front sprocket should be 2.55mm from the inside edge. Maybe @HiveFleetAbyss can tell us what the shoulder is on his 520 sprocket :)

And the parts book shows different part numbers for the rear sprocket (Part 12) even though they have the same number of teeth.

Just to add to the confusion :)
Here is a pic of the genuine 3LN3 sprocket according to the parts book.

Just looks like a normal sprocket except for the recess.

Hi guys finally got the front sprocket little hard to measure due to the valcun rubber they have on a factory one but hopefully this helps. (Just to clarify that 17.2 is meant to be 7.2)

@HiveFleetAbyss Can you determine the measurement from the inside metal shoulder that sits against the spacer to the inside face of the sprocket?

As in far left side of metal part to the far right sticking out piece? If so it's about 12.5mm that 17.2 whic is meant to be 7.2 is just the metal sprocket itself the rubber on the right is 4.5 thick and the raised centre is 0.8 higher than that.

Why do you need to remove the rubber?
Anyway if you look at the dimensions that I put up for the 3LN3 sprocket you can see it has a shoulder of 2.55mm.
Are you saying that your shoulder is 5.3mm?

There is only one part number shown for the FZR250 and that is the problem. The one shown in the parts book only suits the 3LN1, which has a shorter output shaft.
