I had court today for e-scooter use (unreg vehicle, no tax, no insurance, drive on path, no motorcycle helmet)

The HWP officer had 3 months notice to attend and couldn't be bothered to turn up.

    Charges withdrawn and dismissed

    Consider yourself one lucky chap.
But you do know that you were in the wrong.
    Don't tempt fate again.

Piss-weak gutless c*nt. Full of bravado until the cops get him and then it's "sorry Sir"; "my job's on the line"; "I can't breathe" and anything else he's been told to say and do if the cops catch him. He must of had a troubled youth and blah blah blah. He would have been back on the streets an hour after he was arrested and charged. Good to see the cops go at it. They probably got a reprimand for not breaking off the pursuit and placing people in danger on the bike path! It's a good thing I'm not a cop; the reprimand would have been for shots fired.

Tiny little wheels. One decent bump and he would have a fractured skull. Complete muppet.

The more I see this stuff the more I think we should just leave nature to take its course... stupid is as stupid does... only issue is the Muppet would sue someone for medical bills etc...
