I would be checking for a loose wire or bad terminal from the battery to starter.

Ok. I can get it to turn over. But it runs like a dog and there almost no throttle responce. I took everything apart again. All butterflies open together. But i noticed there are two fuel lines? The bottom fuel line goes to the tank but the second line doesnt go anywhere?
Plz help. Not a great impression on a relatively new bike rider.

There would only be 1 fuel line .... anything else would be vacuum , breather or vent lines

Ok. Its reving like hell. I have throttle responce now.

There is a small hose connected to the rubber between the first carby and first piston. When i plug the hose up it revs hard whel i leave it clear it drops the revs alittle but still revs hard.

All butterflies open and is recieving fuel from the tank. Its idling at 3000 and i cant unwind the idle thing any further without taking it off.
The throttle cables are working properly. Pulling and pushing it and turning the butterflies how it should.

What i thought was a second fuel line apparently is a breather. But i dont know.

Im trying to upload some photos

Sound's like you need to back off the pull throttle cable if the idle speed adjuster doesn't do anything
There might be an adjuster up near the throttle on the handlebar's

I'd be looking at the vacuum line's under the carby's, check for crack's etc in the hose's and that there's no hose's not connected.
Going by the diagram above there might be a blanking cap on the bottom of one of the connector's (number 16 in the pic), might be missing maybe ?
If you can't spot anything there then it could be the rubber intake manifold's are cracked

The clamp's on the manifold's are all tight, carby's are all seated properly ?
    Airbox is on tight ?

The above is from my bandit. Red and yellow are all vent hoses, pink is fuel inlet. It's a vacuum petcock so there's also a second hose that comes from the petcock and connects between the carb and the engine on cylinder #2 (see below, just to the left of the ribbed hose)

Can't do much more without photos/video mate sorry. I'd just be speculating all over the place which isn't going to help you much.
