Well... the first pic was Friday
A pair of Zero offset Ducati 300mm disc rotors for a miserly $85.00. Bolted one onto the SRX rim today and it looks perfect... even if I was to mount the Gold Spot monoblock (I wont be doing that) it clears the rim and there is plenty of clearance for the disc. Plus I have a spare :)
    s-l1600.jpeg

Then today I was trolling through Zenmarket for a particular item and I stumbled across these next 2 items... both purchased at quite good prices.... most unusual :)
A really good condition chrome (it is plastic though) SRX250 3WP headlight surround. I have one but it has a few big cracks in it so this will be much better. I may even paint the outside yet... I will see what it is like when it gets here.
    i-img640x480-1644821346ab0us4228683.jpeg

And lastly.. a really nice set of Bar end mirrors that look to be reasonable size and not from a Road Warrior or wannabe Chopper.
    i-img1200x1200-1648461177hgb1f7241087.jpeg

The 2 Zenmarket items will be a week or so before they get here...

I have to give a shout out to these guys. Aircraft Spruce https://www.aircraftspruce.com/ I have been buying from them since forever. Hoses, electrical and lots of other bits and pieces that you might want for your bike are also used on small aircraft. They are really good on prices and the shipping is as cheap as it gets. That means they actually get off their arse and take the orders to the post office, so they can pass the saving onto the customers. Unlike all the other 'things' that want to charge you $46 USD to ship one screw because they couldn't be bothered.
I just bought some Bing and Tygon LP-1200 hose, and an assortment of snapper clips. I need these for the accelerator pump hoses on my FCR's.

I’ll second that. I’ve been doing business with Aircraft Spruce for years and they’re great.

Well i haven't posted much lately due to the fact it has been too cold and dark during this winter time. But i have ordered new and 2nd hand parts for the old ZXR250C, and now that we have just pasted the shortest day, meaning summer is on it's way i will make an effort to complete my build before the weather improves. Hope everyone is behaving themselves.

A small package today.. Exhaust head studs including washers and 12 point nuts in titanium from RaceBolts...
Overkill for the SRX I know but I do like that the studs have a 4mm allen head to run them in.
Not cheap but excellent sservice from Racebolts in Qld.
