Mikuni BSW27 Carburetter rebuild kit

    The only parts that you may need to replace when servicing carburettors are:
    • Needle & Needle Jet (emulsion tube)
    • Gaskets, Seals & O-Rings
    • Diaphragm
    • Float needle and seat
    Jets do not wear out. They just need to be cleaned. If the needle does not show any signs of wear then you can safely assume that the needle jet will also be ok.

    Suzuki Gsx-r 250
    Hi Ozbiker I've got a Gsx-r 250 GJ72A which I believe got the same carb. I busy rebuilding carb I took 2 types of needle jets(emulsion) tubes out of carb. 2 of them with 12 holes and 2 with 6 holes problem I did not take when I took it out can you maybe tell me what goes where
