Yeah, it's probably just condensation after years of sitting. I got the same thing with an Alfa engine after sitting a long time. After a few drives, it just went away and the engine worked beautifully..... Sounds pretty sweet on the video :thumb_ups:

Hahaha yeh i know mate, 5 seconds after this video ended the radiator SPEWED coolant everywhere, creating bulk steam....lol. The oil filter location is probably more of a pain in the ass though, take the whole exhaust off to get it out..lol.

Thanks mate, she still looks rough and ready at the moment. Hasnt been cleaned in 5 years, haha. Yeh well, typical man cave mate, gotta escape the missus mate, lol. Im a chippie by trade, but i love working with steel, so everything i make is out of it, like the bench and gantry. I built the gantry for lifting stuff and so i could make a half decent bench and move it around if need be. hahaha.

Thanks Grasshopper, yeh it seems to run well, idles nicely. The motor was as tight as a drum when i took the rocker cover off to adjust the timing, which makes me think the previous owner did have it rebuilt. Yeh hoping it goes away soon, there was a whiteish condensation coming out of the crankcase breather, nothing to stress about, so fingers crossed.

Its moved onto the bike lift mate, haha, yeh not really. I rode it round the block a while ago, ran like crap though. I need to rebuild those pesky carbs i reckon. I built a postie bike for the missus in the mean time though, came out alright...
