Good stuff. See you friday.
Frame scrubbed clean ready for the paint shop
Head stem bearings .... ?
I'd go with the wheel bearing grease.
Looks like a pretty simple conversion from the old ball bearings ... not a big deal anyway as it will only need to turn in the pits
MotoGP bikes run ball bearings, saw a picture of it on MotoMatters, or at least one of them does. I think it was the Honda.
The great thing about stripping something right down is you can clean and fix everything to your satisfaction. The bad thing is that if you are a nutjob like me, nothing is ever to your satisfaction.

Nice to have many many boxes of parts and bits ... but what a nightmare having to find certain 1 purpose nuts and bolts ... thankfully theres still a half complete bike in the scrapyard to rob from ... needs dismantling anyway
hopefully I can get it to a roller with little or no cost
New dash mockup ... not many (cheap) tachos around that go to 20,000 rpm ..... for that matter will other types even work? .... wheres the signal come from on the FZR?
Motogadget digitals (expennnnsivee) do The motoscope pro, Digital Dashboard looks sexy but at nearly $500 its a bit high end for this bottom feeder that said it does the lot ...well at extra cost for the sensors ....Doh!
Yea after this build , this bike will be more made in China than made in Japan
How do they say KABOOOOOM! in chinglish
Liking this hammer blue also ... might follow the @my67xr and @maelstrom example and use it on the wheels
You'll have this running by May????

+1 on the red, i'd prefer it over the blue personally, the frame looks great either way keep up the good work!!
