Elliot bros won't do any work on it they stay away from these bikes :/ haha they will deal with some parts but not all of them and usually when they need to order something in you have to pay up front :/ bowans your best bet I would reckon!

Jack, @kiffsta is your best bet as he supplies many of us with bits and he has a very good understanding of where to go to get stuff he can't supply. I also watched a Youtube vid about doing maintenance on upside down forks. It discusses what you need and there's a clear image of the compressor he uses and some other tools for maintenance. I'm guessing the size of the ring part becomes clear as he goes through the process. You should then be able to measure your forks and get your mate to make/weld something up for you. Whatever you make, don't throw it away, as there's a good chance I'll need it one day. Good luck & let us know how you go.

Video part 1 of 2 is here

A quick update bought a neautral switch, left hand foot peg and fork seals from vic wreckers. Rebuilt from brakes today as when playing around with them part of the dust seals popped but an easy fix, found out the brakes were full off jelly way worse then pics as most fell out in process of getting them off :lolsign: will rebuild forks soon, just need to flush radiator check thermostat, get new back tyre, and paint tank and rims when fairings come in not too far off :dance2::drinks:

Take the thermostat out, boil it in a pan and see if it opens and closes properly. If not take it to a Bursons or Repco/other auto shop and find a replacement. Bursons should have the harder to get stuff in stock though.
