Quick little update slowly fitting fairings getting her ever so closer to finishing, these are compression moulded so are taking there time to fit but id rather line everything up perfectly then to try fit it all in one day and stuff it up

Hay where did you get your fairings from and what ones are not fitting? I may be able to tell you why they are not fitting and possibly how to fit it?

OK so they are original fairings? I had the same problem with handmade fiberglass fairings made in Sydney ( they are amazing) till I realized that it was bent brackets and bent fairing stays. I was going to tell you to check that and put longer bolts in but just in like enough so that they just hang and that way you can tell where the bends are. I looks like you have it all figured out. How is the loom? I am building a new wiring loom for my bike cause the 6 I have here are rooted. If I have enough wire left over would you be interested in a brand new exact copy of your wiring loom at cost? Need any parts I have a lot of them and happy to share.

    Kind Regards

`Ok no problem but I might have one thing you might want?? That is a clean and clear copy of the service manuals for that model? I got tricked into buying the Jap language service manuals but I had them professionally unbound and scanned and I have just got my hands on a macbook laptop and just need to download the scan or photo Japanese to English translator and will have them translated into english. Imagine crisp clear pictures no blurry words or diagrams. I could send you a .PDF file when they are done for free if you might like a good copy? no watermarks either. I make no promises but if it works a copy of both are yours. Oh There is a company in Sydney called Handmade Fiberglass and they make fairings for the ZXR250c that come white almost ready to paint but they have details the Chinese one don't they have the air intakes and ducts work. They are a lot stronger and better and as close to the factory as you will get. take a look at my bike. I kow you have yours know but just a thought for the future.

If you need anything please ask I sent a petcock to a guy in Sydney free cause he was a nice enough fellow and I had 2. I am not greedy and like to help people with out reward or anything in return if I give something. I do sell to but at below market cause I have to much and some people do not have enough.

    Kind Regards
    Cory Ryther
(Google search my name you might understand why I am the way I am) Trust me its an interesting read.

Yea defiently let me know when you translate manual, would be awesome, i do have a copy of the manual all black and white but readable and can see most photos, also air ducts on side of fairing was a problem untill me and my uncle managed to get them off original fairings and have siliconed them on and line up fine, and getting firbeglass ones would be great but paying for fairings then getting them paited up to what i want wouldnt make my budget just easyier for me to get chinese ones, and my plan is too take extra care of this bike sit it for a while club reg it and just take it out occasionally, will try keep her in amazing condition.

Thanks so much for being a generous bloke if i do need anything it wont be for free, things go around so you cant take and not give

Build is finally complete after lots of cleaning polishing, Painting is all complete, need a few small parts which i have ordered, these photos don't to justice on how awesome this bike has turned out, have decided i shall be keeping this bike, will be put away on stands with a cover on top till i can club reg and cruise on her occasionally. After lots of love and help from you guys am proud to show you the outcome. The hardest part of the build was opening new oem air ram flutes but its not complete with out them.
    Cheers guys
