I ended up speaking to my dad... #daddy-issues. I explained the problem. Then he asked a few questions. He said unplug the RH switch block and try clutch start it, then jump the connection with some wire and try clutch start it and then said get a dirt bike and learn how to lose traction & return my current bike to stock because everything i have done is working against the design of the engine and get a s**t box with a good engine and tyres and take that to the track instead of my good road bike *sigh*.

Definately look at the CDI mod! Cold solder joints can be damn difficult to find, and they have bit me in the arse more than once.

Congrats Beef, you are the first American to be able to spell 'arse' properly (not ass, that is a donkey). Maybe it is a Texas thing?

Did I just see a hashtag in a forum? Next we're going to add them to general conversation. "Hey Joe, how's your hashtagbeastybike going?"

Sorry just saw the humor in obviously a frustrating situation...

Damus, your Daddy is a genius.
The whole point of having a bike is so you can ride it, to wherever you want when you want. I made the stupid mistake of racing my good road bike once. Yes, I won a race and got a few top 3 finishes. Almost straight away I was told I would be put up to B grade. One Saturday afternoon I thought I want to get out of this stinking hot city early tomorrow morning and go swimming in a clean, cool waterfall, so I put the lights and all the gear back on my trusty steed and got my life back again. Years later I went back to the track but only as an entrant.

"Damus, your Daddy is a genius" that's the problem. He always favored my older brother and they were always doing cool things like programing on the old commodore 64's or chemistry or making gun powder, launching rockets #thelistisendless.
And I was left alone and called stupid all the time because I couldn't read #firstworldproblems.
lol =p but yeah I am actually getting my old across back, ill probably beat it around the track until it dies and keep the mc22 as my daily.

He actually told me some long winded story about how he used to own a triumph bonervill or something t120 i think he said and went on about how he was the fastest in Tamworth and how he was like me always trying to squeeze more power out of it and the time he wasted and was like i changed the spark plugs to one range hotter and it burnt a hole in his piston and he had to rebuild it ect ect 0-60mph in 4 seconds weighed 350 pounds eventually got it to 50hp but may as well have left it stock.
I was like how come i never heard this story before? And then he was like you wouldnt have understood...
    god damn it old man!

True but in my limited experience the mc22 is a dream on the road. I'd even go as far to say that the mc22 is probably one of the funnest bikes you could put on the road.
Max potential no, but not overkill nor under powered or lacking in agility.
I see people with r6's on the road. Now that's a shame.

Just a fluke, normally from me it's ass. Maybe hanging out on these forums is starting to have an effect on me.

    [
This is why I race pit bikes, talking about 'not much to fix.' I crashed my buddies klx110 in two different races, and he in one race. A bit of rash on the graphics, but other than that you'd never know.
